• Note:  We must contact the legal guardian to set up an appointment. Please ensure that information is given in the form.

You will receive a call from RCYS to be set up on our client portal called Ritten.

Please fill out the forms that will be placed in the client portal.

Once all forms are complete we will work to match you with the appropriate team member.

• Note: Our team uses a program, called Cornexa, that allows us to use text messaging for communication. You will be prompted to “start” this text service with us if it is used. If you do not “start” this service we will temporarily be unable to communicate with you using text.
