Diversion Program

The Rogers County Juvenile Diversion Program was developed to keep youth that have committed law violations out of the juvenile justice system. After initial contact with law enforcement, youth are given the option of going through our diversion program or going through the traditional court process. This referral form is to be filled out only by law enforcement, OJA, or other pre-determined agencies.
