A Message From Leadership

"Do you remember a hand reaching out when you needed it most? Perhaps it was a teacher who saw your potential, a coach who pushed you to excel, or a neighbor who offered a helping hand? We all have those moments, those individuals who made a difference in our lives, shaping us into who we are today. They invested in us, believed in us, and helped us find our own strength.

At RCYS, we provide that same crucial support for the youth and families in our community. We are a lifeline for kids facing challenges – from family struggles and academic difficulties to the overwhelming pressures of adolescence.
But we can't do it alone. We've reached a critical juncture. Our current facility is no longer adequate to meet the growing needs of our community. We've been impacting lives in Rogers County for 50 years, and we have a huge vision for what we will do over the next 50 years. That's why we're launching our 'Strong Kids. Strong Families. Strong Community' capital campaign.

We have plans for a new, expanded campus–9 acres that allows us to dream big as we tackle the big problems families face today--an inviting campus where kids and families can find support, learn valuable life skills, and discover their own potential. A place where they can find the same helping hand that so many of us were fortunate to receive.
This isn't just about bricks and mortar; it's about investing in the future of our community. It's about giving these young people the chance to thrive, to become the successful, contributing adults we know they can be. It's about paying forward the kindness and support we ourselves received.

We are asking you to remember those who made a difference in your life and to extend that same generosity to the youth of Rogers County. Your gift, no matter the size, will be an investment in their future, and in the future of our community.
Please, join us in building strong futures.

Thank you for your compassion and your support. Together, we can empower the next generation to reach their full potential."
