In-School Education
Equipping youth to take action to overcome challenges.
School - Work - Life
Our in-school education services consist of programs and interventions implemented within educational settings to address

-
Resilience: The ability to bounce back from failure, adversity, and stress.
-
Emotional Regulation & Impulse Control: The capacity to manage and respond to emotional experiences in a healthy way, rather than reacting instantly or becoming overwhelmed.
-
Patience: The ability to delay gratification and tolerate frustration or discomfort.
-
Coping Mechanisms: The set of healthy strategies used to deal with stressful situations.

These services are provided upon school administrator request or school partnership.
Teachers regularly tell us about the positive impact we have in their classrooms. One at Roosa said, "My students who receive services from RCYS are happier this year than I have ever seen them before."
Data is collected to measure changes in five core competencies with the students receiving our services. The results show a clear positive impact, with a majority of students showing improvement in every single category.
